1. Merger or acquisition
You wish to make a merger or acquisition, and the financials look good on paper. However, you would like to have a proper Commercial due Diligence done by an experienced professional.
2. Investor plan
You are looking for investors, and, although you have excellent knowledge of the technical aspects of your business, you need help in creating an international business development plan.

The market is changing rapidly. You think that your initial Vision and Business plan may need updating.
